Doodlewalk

The need for more space to dry clothes and larger textiles was the starting point for this object. The idea was to make the most of a small wall area by creating a vertical solution that is both flexible and practical, while also serving as a sculpture. The numerous gaps in the design create an almost infinite number of hanging points for hangers or S-hooks, which can be easily adjusted to suit changing needs. In a social setting, it offers extra space for hanging jackets. In daily life, children can use the lower sections to hang their backpack, and clothes -whether wet or dry.

Although designed for a hallway, it can be used anywhere to hang items. Adding mirrored panels side by side creates a continuous pattern that can extend indefinitely.
